Welcome to the rtemis online documentation and vignettes.

rtemis is a platform for advanced machine learning and visualization in R (R Core Team 2019).

The rtemis project has three aims:

  • Applied Data Science: Make advanced data analysis efficient and accessible to all
  • Machine Learning Research: Provide a platform to develop and test novel ML algorithms
  • Education: Make ML concepts easy to learn by delivering bite-sized vignettes along with code and visualization

This site is a work in progress - check back for updates. For an overview of the functionality included in rtemis, have a look at the PDF cheatsheet. The official rtemis R manual can be found here. This website was created using bookdown (Xie 2019).

rtemis began life at the Penn Neuroscience Graduate Group (Gennatas 2017).
